3 years at work
End of this month would be my 3 years being in my current company. When I first stepped into the company. I told God that my desire is to work as a Relationship Manager (RM). As time goes by, at one period or another. It felt as if God have forgotten my prayer when I see others is getting what I have dream of.
I guess, you people would know what I mean. Therefore, the Good news is as of 1 Sept 08, I would be starting my new role as a RM. Moreover I see the finger print of God in this new appointment.
1) I am taking this role while I am studying my part time.
2) All my RMs are degree holder, while I am not at this point of time.
3) My Business Unit Boss (whom is my current boss) allows me to decide when I want to start my new role.
4) I have actually choose to join the Team whom the Team leader is the most experience ;18 years in total.
5) There would be some accounts that would be transfer over to me. Which mean, I have some clients to play with. hahaha.
6) The conversation with my new team leader for the transfer only takes less than 10 seconds. In fact I think it is around 5 seconds.
7) This would be my 3rd time changing my Job Description. Normally you can only transfer after being with one department for 2 years.
Looking at all these points, it is impossible to be without God's favor. I do not deserve it but I get it because of Jesus.
What I want to say is. God is Faithful to his word. Although it maybe slow in coming, but it will happen in his season.
The Favor of God would not bring you where the Grace of God cannot keep you.
God is Good not because he allow things to happen what I want it to be, but rather He is Good even in my down and out. Thank you JESUS =)
