Decision Making
For the past few days i have been thinking about some decision which i have to make pertaining to the ministry.
I remember Deacon spoke to the 3 overseers when we were appointed. He told us that there are some mistakes which we may make and other leaders would not. Reasons being, we are dealing with People. As well have we HAD to make these decision ourselves.
Decision making may reflected base on Emotion or Situation. Many a times when it comes to Situation, i believe it is easier to make compare to Emotion. As situation is a reflect of certain rules and guidelines. However when it comes to Emotion decision. The are no Guideline in right and wrong. Needless to say when the Situation is interlink with Emotion.
Since i have started work for the past 5 days, the thought of the decision does bother me to the extend. Having it in my mind that the result of that decision will determine the days to come.
Lord i need your wisdom in dealing with this Decision.
